Christine & Charles/Raleigh Wedding/1705 Prime

Charles & Christine were married in Raleigh at their beautiful church home, and then celebrated with family and friends at 1705 Prime.  The wedding decor was a nautical theme with special attention to all of the cruise destinations they have shared together.  We have enjoyed our journey with this special couple, and feel so blessed they chose Thornton Photography to capture their special day!  Congratulations Charles & Christine!

Shauna & Johnathan/Engagement Session/JC Raulston Arboretum/Downtown Raleigh

Here's a few of our favorite shots from a recent engagement session with Shauna & Johnathan!  We spent the afternoon at the JC Raulston Arboretum before heading to Downtown Raleigh.  Although we missed out on being blessed with a beautiful sunny day, we were able to capture the excitement of their engagement and get some awesome shots!  Congratulations to Shauna and Johnathan!

Lori's Bridal Session Portofino/Clayton, NC

This was our first time photographing at Portofino in Clayton, NC.  It is a beautiful equestrian community that has just become one of our area's newest wedding/event venues.  Lori has a love for horses, so after missing a few drizzles of rain, we were able to enjoy the grounds and visit with the horses as well.  Lori and her new husband, Michael, were married in June.  We are excited to finally be able to share a few of her bridal photos!

Monica & Ryan's Engagement Session/Yates Mill Pond Park

Well, this session was almost rained out, but we made it!!  It rained all the way there, stopped for the session, then rained all the way home!  Couldn't believe it... 

We are so excited to be working with this couple though!  We have been so blessed with our clients this year!!
